Diet's off

Today marks the final day of the cabbage soup diet. Thanks God for that. Although it's been a couple of days since I stopped soup and switched to something a little tastier instead I am now at 207lbs. So, I've lost 2½lbs in a week. Not good. Guess I'll just have to try and cut back on a lot of the fats and other nasties and try and keep a closer eye on things over the next few weeks. My goal now is to be at 180lbs by 31st August, my 40th birthday. Lets see how it goes. I'll be giving regular updates as and when I notice a decent change.

I am amazed you stuck to it for a week! Most people I know give up after a two or three days.

Don't just depend only in cabbage soup, try another variety of diet plans that would actually rip your body into slim. Like, drinking plenty glasses of water everyday, and of course don't eat white carbs and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
