I was bored today, Easter Sunday, so as per usual most things would be shut so decided I would go back to one of my favourite London haunts, and that is Greenwich. I drove to Island Gardens on the Isle of Dogs and took the foot tunnel across to the market. This tunnel has always beena favourite since I was a kid, it's like being let in on a little secret, and that no one knows you are there, walking under the Thames. Some parts of the Junk market in Greenwich seem a lot bigger than I recall, and a lot more sprawling. Found a great furniture shop full of old dark wood shelving and cabinets that I really must go back to some time.
